What works today

Answers routine calls

Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations, plus answers read verbatim from your approved practice FAQ. Nothing improvised.

After-hours message capture

Outside your business hours Ava takes a structured message and opens a callback task for the next business day. No audio is recorded.

Deterministic call routing

A routing table you control: billing, clinical, scheduling or on-call lines by intent and by business hours. Ava never picks a number on her own.

Emergency language escalates, always

Chest pain, stroke signs and similar phrases trigger your approved safety notice and an urgent human task before anything else.

Outcomes you can audit

Every call carries a disposition, a routing decision and a turn transcript; every transcript view is audited; minutes and messages are metered per month.

Scope and limits

  • Voice today runs on Twilio Programmable Voice with turn-based speech; a streaming voice model is available behind a flag once your vendor agreements are in place.
  • Production use with real patients requires your own compliance review, signed vendor agreements and the setup checklist in the product dashboard. MedReception AI does not claim HIPAA certification.
  • Ava does not give medical advice, judge urgency from symptoms, or authenticate a caller from voice alone.

Roadmap (not yet available)

  • Streaming voice (realtime) on live calls
  • Calendar sync beyond the built-in scheduler
  • Lifetime-deal (AppSumo) activation — not offered until commercial approval

Pricing and usage

Direct monthly subscription with metered voice minutes and SMS; per-tenant caps and transparent usage in the product dashboard. Final prices are set per contract once vendor costs are quoted — nothing here is a published rate.
