Staff-approved templates
Outreach text is written by your staff, uses a fixed set of placeholders, and needs a second person's approval before any campaign can use it. Editing the wording resets the approval.
Audiences from your own records
Upcoming appointments, follow-ups due, overdue wellness visits, overdue labs: structured rules evaluated against the practice's rows. No free-text prompts, no guessed populations.
Approval gate and honest sends
A campaign sends only after approval. Every member gets a recorded decision: sent, opted out, preference, quiet hours, weekly cap, no contact. Preview shows the exact text before anything goes.
Preferences and opt-out
Preferred channel, quiet hours and a weekly cap per patient; STOP always wins. Outreach requires explicit consent on record.
Replies become work
A YES to outreach opens a task for your staff to schedule; a NO is recorded. Concerning follow-up readings still escalate through Finn's deterministic rules.
Scheduled, metered, audited
Send now or at a chosen time; deferred members are retried; messages are metered per month; approvals, sends and views are in the audit chain.
Scope and limits
- Administrative reminders and recalls only. MedFollow AI does not interpret symptoms, give medical advice or decide who needs care.
- SMS runs on your Twilio number and email on your configured sender; production use with real patients requires your own compliance review, consent policy and signed vendor agreements. MedFollow AI does not claim HIPAA certification.
- Audiences come from the platform's own records; external EHR data is not read.

Pricing and usage
Direct monthly subscription with metered SMS and email; per-tenant caps and transparent usage in the product dashboard. Final prices are set per contract once vendor costs are quoted — nothing here is a published rate.
